The Process
It all starts with your completed Request for Consideration. Once the RFC (Request for Consideration) is received, we will assist you through each step of the application process. The entire process can be completed in about 60 days.
Step 1: Qualification. Complete our request for consideration (RFC).

- Review RFC
- Verify assets and geographic interests
Franchisee Prospect:
- Review introductory materials
- Prepare questions
Step 2: Operations interview
City Saver:
- Conduct Interview(s) via conference call
- Discuss Operating Plan to ensure business understanding
- Identify and discuss issues
- If Franchisee Prospect meets all qualification standards, they are approved as a Franchisee Candidate.
- Set up discovery day
- Send Franchisee Disclosure Document (FDD)
Franchisee Prospect:
- Attend interview with prepared and detailed questions
- Acknowledge receipt of FDD
- Complete and return Franchisee application
- Attend discovery day
- Begin to create an operations plan
Step 3: Market Strategy
City Saver:
- Review best market strategy
- Review application

and credit check - Discuss future development
Franchisee Prospect:
- Outline development vision
- Identify focus trade area(s)
- Prepare questions on FDD, operations, and marketing
- Align next steps
Step 4: Discovery Day
City Saver:
- Host Franchisee Candidate for meeting at corporate office.
- Complete action plan and establish priorities
- If prospect meets all standards, prepare Franchisee Agreement
Franchisee Prospect:
- Visit City Saver corporate offices to meet leadership team and ask questions
- Provide materials for preparing Franchisee Agreement
Step 5: Approval
City Saver:
- Complete registrations if required
- Finalize legal documents
- Send agreement to Franchisee candidate
Franchisee Prospect:
- Complete legal documents
- Remit funds
Step 6: Get started
City Saver:
- Provide support via regular calls
- Schedule/conduct appropriate training
- Provide development expertise
- Provide countdown to opening checklist
- Support launch
Franchisee:
- Finalize your plan
- Finance your plan
- Attend appropriate training
- Execute marketing plan and begin making calls
